A Lifetime of Wisdom Worth Sharing
Over the course of a lifetime, we learn a lot.
We learn how to:
- navigate difficult times
- raise a family
- build a career
- recover from mistakes
- handle loss
- maintain relationships
- and simply find our way through life.
We also learn things that can’t be found in a book or Googled:
- What really matters
- What we’d do differently
- What we’ve learned about love, family, and life.
But when we die, much of that knowledge can disappear with us – unless we leave it behind.
Imagine if your children or grandchildren could someday read the lessons you’ve learned, hear the stories behind them, or understand the experiences that shaped who you became.
That’s a different kind of legacy.
But where do you even start?
You might be thinking, “I’d love to do that, but I wouldn’t know what to write!”
That’s where something new and surprisingly simple can help: AI.
We’ve all heard a lot about AI. Some of you may be regular users, while others may not be interested in it at all.
If you haven’t tried it, here are a few things you might want to know;
There are several free versions available, including Google Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT. The free versions may have some limitations on daily usage, but they offer plenty of capability for someone just getting started – or for a project like this.
Let’s say you have a story, a memory, or a life lesson you’d like to record for the next generation. You can simply type it into your AI – or even use your voice – and ask AI to help organize your thoughts.
And if you’re not sure where to start or what to talk about, just ask AI to give you some ideas. You might be surprised at the questions it comes up with:
“Tell me about a difficult time in your life.”
“What did that experience teach you?”
“What would you want your children or grandchildren to know?”
It’s a comfortable way to simply talk (or type) about your life and the things you’ve learned.
AI can help organize your thoughts, suggest questions you may not have considered, and even turn a conversation into something you can save and share.
The important part is that the wisdom is yours. The stories are yours. The memories are yours. AI is simply helping you get them out of your head and onto a page.
At My Life & Wishes®, we believe preparing for the future isn’t just about organizing important documents and information. It’s also about preserving the wisdom, stories, values, and memories that make your life uniquely yours.
So don’t just leave your family your things. Leave them a little bit of you.
And if you’ve always thought, “I wouldn’t know where to start,” maybe it’s time to give AI a try.
Jot it down. Get a little help from AI. Then upload it to your My Life & Wishes Legacy Vault.
Don’t let a lifetime of wisdom die with you. Your wisdom is worth preserving—and now it’s easier than ever to capture, share, and pass it on.
